Flagship marketing campaign: Teach First, 2022-23

THE BRIEF

Teach First’s national teacher training programme supports graduates and career changers to become teachers and leaders in the schools that need them most. The charity’s flagship recruitment campaign seeks to attract thousands of applicants for the annual scheme to ensure children in low-income communities have access to inspiring and talented role models.

THE WORK

In-house, I conceptualised and designed an OOH campaign that centred around the idea of ‘taking shape’, focusing on how the programme supports trainee teachers to discover who they’ve always meant to become, all while helping to shape the futures of the UK’s poorest children. The concept also gave a nod towards the charity’s shape-based logo, which provided plenty of opportunities for playful graphics and animations.

The campaign successfully achieved 11,000 new leads compared to the previous year, and our online brochure attracted over 35,000K views.
